Discovering Tanks in Normandy.
Originally from Normandy, founder of Le Tankiste, I am passionate about history, especially military history and tanks.
During my exploration of the Atlantic Wall, from the coasts of Norway to those of Normandy, passing through its trench networks, bunkers, undergrounds, and landing beaches, I imagined these places as they were during the battlefields. I always wondered: what did the pilots feel at the controls of the war machines?
I will always remember the testimony of one of my aunts telling me: "The ground was shaking when they arrived," she said, referring to the arrival of the German armored divisions. These powerful armored vehicles, both devastating and protective, remain etched in the memory of those who cross their paths.
It is by wanting to perpetuate our missions that revolve around the duty of memory and the preservation of heritage that as a Normandy history enthusiast, I would be delighted to share with you my experience and the historical facts related to the region and its past. Moreover, I encourage everyone to honor their national duty.

From Passion to Achievement
Le Tankiste, a Unique Tank Driving Adventure.
It was during a visit to the Saumur Cavalry Museum and the richness of their tank collection that confirmed my ambition. I traveled Europe to test driving activities of various armored vehicles and tanks. In response to the absence of similar offers in France, I positioned myself as a pioneer by offering tank driving sensations to individuals.
After a long path of barbed wire representing more than five years of efforts, work, studies, and administrative procedures, Le Tankiste has finally opened its armored doors to the general public. Starting from scratch but driven by an unwavering passion, I managed to realize my dream.

Towards Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Mobility.
And the road does not stop there... I work every day to develop our business, maintain our armored vehicles, and open our ranges of vehicles and activities to offer you a total immersion.
Operating our activities on private land, a former site of silt deposits from the Seine loops, we strive to preserve our environment by using only the old access roads to the site. We reuse the paths already created and ensure the use of biofuel. Le Tankiste stands out for its innovative project of converting engines from conventional fuel to hydrogen fuel engines. Inspired by the founder, this initiative aims to reduce the environmental impact by adopting a more sustainable mobility approach. Le Tankiste is positioned to offer an environmentally friendly solution and represents a concrete commitment to carbon neutrality.
